Bill Payment Options

We offer several convenient ways to pay your bill.

You can phone 804-834-2424 to pay your account by credit or debit card over the phone. Press option #2 to be directed to Secure Pay, an automated system, and enter your telephone number or account number. Follow the prompts to obtain your account balance, due date or make a payment with VISA or MasterCard. Saves time and adds greater security to your account transactions!

You may register your account under SmartHub and pay online. This option also provides your billing statements, payment history and more!

No time to register? Use the quick "Pay Now" feature!

You may also register for automatic monthly payment via your VISA or MasterCard. Register your account at SmartHub and follow the instructions.

Checks or money orders may be mailed or dropped in the night drop box at each of our office locations and you can pay by any means in either of our member service offices between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday!

PrePay is Prince George Electric Cooperative's new payment option that allows you to choose how much and how often you want to pay before you use electricity.  PGEC's PrePay program works similarly to a pay-as-you-go cell phone or debit card.
