The Terms and Conditions for Supplying Electric Service, filed with the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) and adopted by the Board of Directors, are intended to establish fair and equitable policies and procedures to enable the Cooperative to provide safe, efficient, and uniform service to all members. The rules and regulations contained in the Terms and Conditions are not to be considered as complete in every detail for furnishing electric service, but are intended to be an outline of the practices of the Cooperative.
