President & CEO
Logan joined PGEC in June 2015 as VP of engineering, a position he held until becoming president & CEO in April 2019. While VP of engineering, Logan also served as VP of operations for PGEC Enterprises LLC, the fiber-to-the-home broadband service RURALBAND. His career began at Nanya Plastics in Lake City, South Carolina, as an E&I supervisor. He then worked at Square D before joining South Carolina Electric and Gas, where he obtained his professional engineering license in 2010. Logan earned his B.S. in electrical engineering and M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina in 2002 and 2008, respectively.
CFO & Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs
Hall joined PGEC in May 2007 as manager of corporate services. He was promoted to CFO in November 2014, and has served as SVP of regulatory affairs since June 2020. Hall is also VP of PGEC Enterprises LLC, the fiber-to-the-home broadband service Ruralband, which is a position he's held since 2016. Prior to joining the co-op in 2007, Hall was with Dominion Energy for nine years. First hired by VEPCO (now Dominion) as an accountant in 1999, he was soon promoted to manager of accounting in the fall of 2001 and retained that role until coming to work for PGEC. He graduated from Longwood University in 1992 with a B.S. in business administration and accounting, and passed the Virginia CPA exam in 1999.
COO & Senior Vice President of Information Technology
Yellepeddi joined PGEC in September 2019 as VP of information technology, and was promoted to COO and SVP of IT in June 2020. Previously, Yellepeddi had been with SEDC in Atlanta, Georgia for more than ten years. He started at SEDC as VP of IT development in 2007 and became chief technology officer in 2015, which was his most recent position before coming to work for the co-op. Prior to his career with SEDC, Yellepeddi worked as a project manager at Allstate Insurance for seven years. He earned his M.S. in mechanical engineering and Executive M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University in 1999 and 2003, respectively, and is Microsoft certified.
Senior Vice President of Community and Member Engagement
Chapline joined PGEC as VP of communications and government affairs in January 2018, and was promoted to her current position as SVP of community and member engagement in June 2020. Before coming to work at the co-op, she was president & CEO of Virginia's Gateway Region Economic Development Organization (VGR). Having lead VGR since 2005, Chapline is a certified economic developer and is recognized as a foreign direct investment expert. She earned her bachelor's degree in business administration and M.B.A. from Averett University, and also has an executive certificate in nonprofit leadership from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
